Complete this form to the right to register your team. You will be required to include all contact information for your team captain, and if you are still finalizing your team, you can enter TBD in the name field.
Each participant on the same team must be in the same league, wear closed-toed shoes, and complete Lumber Jill's waiver.
Registration is $200 per team ($50/ per participant) and is due at the event.
There will be teams of four divided into two brackets- 9 hands and under league (participants 9 years and younger), and 10 hands and up league (participants over 10 years old). This will be a single elimination event and the winners of each bracket will receive a prize bucket full of swag and goodies.
